Requesting direct deposit of your paycheck to your account at Northrop
Grumman Federal Credit Union adds a new element of convenience to your
life. Direct deposit is also wonderful for members who receive Social Security
checks or retirement benefit checks.
This service saves trips to branch offices and makes funds immediately available
to you. Direct deposits may be made to the member's savings or checking accounts
and they happen automatically--whether you're sick, on vacation, or otherwise
unable to deposit a check.

How to Start |
|
To begin direct deposit of your paycheck, ask your employer's payroll department
for instructions. You will probably receive a form from them. Complete it with
the routing transit number shown here and your account number.

7 a.m. - 6 p.m. Pacific) for the correct regular share account format for
direct deposit.

Q: How will I know the check has been deposited?
A: Your employer will provide your regular check stub with all the pertinent
information. You can also use Call 24 or the_Max! to verify the deposit, or call us
after 10:00 a.m. on the day the deposit is scheduled.
Q: How long does it take before my
Social Security will start being deposited directly into my Credit Union
account?
A: It takes about 60 days before your Social Security funds will start to go
into your account by direct deposit. In the meantime, you will continue to receive your check
in the mail. Once direct deposit is established, your check will automatically
be deposited into your account each month, usually on the same day of the
month. |
