A: Call 800-633-2848 and Card Services will order your new B-2 Image Visa/ATM Check Card for you.  You will receive your new PIN and your new card in separate mailings in approximately 10 days.

Q: Is it possible to change my Northrop Grumman FCU Visa ATM/Check Card PIN to one that I will remember more easily.

A: Yes. At any Northrop Grumman FCU operated Norteller ATM, you can follow these simple Visa ATM/Check Card PIN Change instructions to change the system generated PIN to one of your choosing.

Q:  How do I balance my checkbook if I forget a purchase I made with the Visa check card?

A: You receive a printed receipt at point of purchase when you use your check card so you will have records of all debits to your account.

A: There are three ways to get overdraft protection on your Northrop Grumman FCU Share Draft account. You can set up automatic fund transfers from your Regular Share Account, MoneyMaster Line of Credit, and/or Money Market Account.

A: If you lose the card, call Card Services at 800-633-2848 to report it missing and all transactions will be blocked.  A new card and a new PIN will be mailed to you in approximately 10 days in separate mailings.

Q:  I like to deal with a live person. I don't trust ATMs.
