records through your touch-tone telephone. From the privacy of your home,
you can check account balances, perform transfers, verify loan payments
and cleared checks, and check tax withholding information. Your transactions are safe
and secure, and you have the convenience of managing your finances when
and where it's most convenient for you. Call 24 is available to you
at 800-676-3328 (outside the 213 and 310 area codes) or 310-327-0682

To obtain a Call 24 PIN, simply call us at 800-633-2848 (or 310-808-4000 inside the 310 and 213
area codes) and request a Call 24 PIN. These phone numbers are staffed Monday-Friday,
7 a.m. - 6 p.m. Pacific. We can also send you a printed Call 24 guide, at your request.
