Q: How do I know the car that's delivered will be exactly what I want?
A: When you make your decision, the dealer gives you a completed purchase order to be returned to Northrop Grumman FCU. The purchase order specifically describes and identifies the car you chose.
Q: I don't want to be bothered with selling my old car. Can I give my car as a trade-in?
A: It can be difficult finding a buyer for your used car. PALS can recommend wholesalers who can inspect your car and buy it for a fair price.
