Northrop Grumman Federal Credit Union is no longer affiliated with InfiBank’s One Card and is now offering its own MasterCard

Northrop Grumman Federal Credit Union ended a relationship with InfiBank, and what is now called the One Card, that provided credit card services for NGFCU members in the Credit Union’s name. The Credit Union has developed a new in-house program offering more choices, better rates and better service. The most readily identifiable change is in the design of the card. NGFCU MasterCard cardholders can now choose one of five card images honoring Northrop Grumman Corporation aircraft and space technology.
The Credit Union is also offering special money-saving value for switching to the NGFCU MasterCard. Extended through November 30, 2009, new cardholders will have the opportunity to make fee-free balance transfers from other cards and receive a 4.99% APR until the transferred balances are paid off. There is no annual fee and cardholders have a 25-day grace period on purchase transactions.
Members can choose one of three programs - Low Rate, CURewards™ or Cash Rebate - that best suits a cardholder’s particular credit card usage and lifestyle requirements. Members approved for one of these three programs will also receive an introductory rate of 4.99% APR for the first five billing cycles.
All cardholders, whichever program is chosen, will enjoy the additional benefits of the NGFCU platinum card including a smart shopper package with extended warranty benefits on credit card purchases, damage and theft insurance, and a satisfaction guarantee. Additionally, the NGFCU Platinum MasterCard offers travel benefits including travel AD&D coverage, trip cancellation insurance, Master Rental Insurance, Master Road Assist Service, travel assistance service, and MasterCard global service.
Many who travel abroad will also appreciate the fact that the Credit Union charges no fee for currency conversions.
