We have been alerted that some Northrop Grumman Federal Credit Union members have received a text message on their cellular phones that appears to be from the Credit Union asking them to call a specified telephone number about suspicious account activity.
These messages are not originating at the Credit Union. The Credit Union does not use this method of communication to contact members. This is an attempt by a scammer to get personal information. We would caution you to use only the Credit Union’s published phone numbers to make contact with the Credit Union.
If you receive a text message on your cellular phone like the following, do not follow through with the request to submit information.

If you see things like this that seem unusual or strange, call the Credit Union at 800-633-2848 before you act on them.
