the_Max! eBranch is the fast and convenient way to manage your finances on the Internet, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Check your balance, transfer funds, pay your bills, open new suffix accounts. You have the freedom to manage your accounts on your time schedule. With the_Max! eBranch, you keep your finances organized conveniently, safely, and securely anytime you want. Whether you're at home, at work, or traveling, the_Max! eBranch makes it easy and more fun to manage your account.

Using the_Max! eBranch

To take advantage of all the features and functions the_Max! eBranch has to offer, follow these simple instructions:

If you have a Northrop Grumman FCU account, you may already have access to the_Max! eBranch since it is the same PIN used for Call 24 login. Simply click on the Login button under the_Max! eBranch logo, and input your account number and PIN. On your first login, government regulations require that you choose five security questions from a list and type in answers that will be easy for you to remember. These may be required when you attempt future logins. You must also choose a PassMark™ image that will verify that you are on the_Max! eBranch site each time you login.

If you don't have a PIN to login to the_Max! eBranch or if you have questions about getting set up, please call 800-633-2848 Monday through Friday between 7 am and 6 pm Pacific.

Bill Payment Service

Northrop Grumman Federal Credit Union offers bill payment as part of the_Max! eBranch. This convenient service allows members to schedule fixed and variable payment of bills to payees on both a one-time and recurring basis. Funds are automatically transferred from your checking account to your designated payees, and a confirmation number is provided as a record of each transaction. For your protection, the bill payer service is accessible only when you use your the_Max!/Call 24 PIN to login to the_Max! eBranch.

How to Start

If you're not already a user of the_Max! eBranch and you don't have a Call 24 PIN, start by calling 800-633-2848 (Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 6 p.m., Pacific) to obtain a PIN. When you login to the_Max! eBranch, look for Bill Pay and follow the instructions to set up your personal list of bill payees.

eStatements

You no longer need to receive printed monthly or quarterly account statements sent to your home or address of record. You can simply login to the_Max! eBranch and select eStatements from the menu. You have the most current statement and a resource for several years of archived statements at your fingertips. Once you have access to the_Max! eBranch, you have access to your statements online, as well.

You won't need to store your statements or worry about retrieving them if you ever need them. You can simply login to the_Max! eBranch and print out the statements you need. All you need is a computer with Internet access and a printer attached to it.

There are no restrictions to continue receiving paper statements, but you can easily opt out of receiving them if you want to. If you decide to opt out of receiving paper statements, the Credit Union will notify you by e-mail when your statement is available each month, days before you would receive your paper statement in the mail. But if you aren't interested in receiving e-mail notifications of statement availability, you can opt out of that as well.
